Supporting Mental Health and Well-being

Meet Our Team

Hazel & Nigel

Manager & Maintenance

Husband and wife team.

Hazel has been the Registered Manager here since 1997 shortly followed by Nigel who joined the team. Hazel has vast experience in health care, having worked in social services before taking over from her own Mother to carry on the family business. Nigel carries out any maintenance that the building needs. He is also very handy to run to the chippy for a sneaky takeaway treat.

Debbie

Responsible Individual

Daughter of Hazel & Nigel, Debbie joined the team straight from collage.

In 2010 Debbie officially took the role of RI after having completed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care and further developed her training in Mental Health and leadership.

A keen DIY lover, you will often find her planning the next room renovation whilst trying to restore the Victorian element of the building.

Care Staff

We have a small but dedicated team of staff consisting of 5 members.

All staff are fully NVQ/QCF trained and have been hired for their ability to fit into the relaxed atmosphere. All are friendly and approachable and truly care about each individual.

Cleaner

We have one cleaner who does everyone’s bedroom, washing and bedsheets each week.

You will also find him with a paintbrush now and again.
